Abstract:
The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), coupled with Big Data, the Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud computing, is fundamentally transforming how organizations analyze data and make strategic decisions. Modern AI technologies enable intelligent systems to process large-scale heterogeneous data, identify hidden patterns, predict future trends, and generate autonomous recommendations that support complex decision-making processes across diverse application domains. This keynote presents recent advances in AI-driven decision support systems, highlighting how machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, large language models (LLMs), optimization algorithms, and explainable AI (XAI) can be integrated into scalable cloud-based platforms for intelligent analytics. The discussion focuses on AI methodologies that convert massive volumes of structured and unstructured data into actionable knowledge, enabling predictive analytics, scenario simulation, risk assessment, resource optimization, and adaptive decision support. The presentation also explores the role of AI in developing next-generation intelligent systems capable of real-time learning, human-AI collaboration, and autonomous decision-making. Emerging technologies such as AI agents, multimodal foundation models, digital twins, federated learning, and edge intelligence are discussed as key enablers for future cyber-physical and data-driven ecosystems. Particular attention is given to the challenges of model transparency, trustworthiness, privacy preservation, and responsible AI deployment. Finally, the keynote outlines future research directions toward explainable, trustworthy, and autonomous AI systems that bridge theoretical advances with practical applications, paving the way for intelligent digital ecosystems across science, industry, and society.
